West of Scotland RSOC

Not something im considering but was speaking to a fella in work today who was talking about doing it and out of interest i just wondered how you would go about it. Since i know a few of you fellas have done it i thought i'd ask here.

How did you go about it.. weld in a floor alread rwd? Build a tunnel? What running gear/hubs/suspensions set ups did you use? What is the biggest problem you encounter taking on something like that?

Any info (or links to threads with pics of someone whos did it themselves) is much appreciated.

Rwd conversion to what?? Escort, Fiesta, Focus, Ka??
To run what engine?? Cossie, Pinto, Crossflow, Zetec??

best to let your pal know its a job that costs a few grand to do right and who would want to do it wrong

i rwd a mk4 escort and cut floor pan out a sierra i found this the easiest way , all

the sierra suspenion just bolt's straight on , but have seen it done with just modifing

the orginal car , just need to look on forums to see how other people have done it
