Has anybody had any dealings with ebay/paypal regarding claiming for non delivery of goods. I ordered a spoiler from an ebay shop in wales but the guy hasn't delivered and is now not responding to my emails. I've read through the proceedures on ebay to make a claim (seems fairly straightforward), just wondered if anyone has been through this before and could let me know what to expect.
Chris.

Follow the procedure Chris, and if genuine, you will get your money back no probs. Just need to be patient.
Had to raise a dispute a few times for the same reason you mentioned, and got my money back without question.
Make sure you keep all emails you have sent, as this helps your case.
Think you need to wait 30 days before you can raise a "dispute" though.
GOOD LUCK
