Faulty Gear stick

Had a quick look at it today and finally sorted it out (selector cables needed greased)
Only problem was - I reversed it back a little to try it out & then drove it forward right over the top of my
toolbox, a 1 litre tub of grease, the keys of my Discovery 3 and my Blackberry phone (DESTROYING THE LOT)
What a right t#t i feel.
Obviously lost all my phone numbers & contacts (using an old phone for now)
So if you can forward me your phone numbers to my phone or pm me that would be good.
