well thats the engine back in the Fiesta again
I totally mullered the gearbox at Croft after the clutch cover plate broke and it went through the gearbox bellhousing, loosing al the oil and wrecking the bearing , main shaft and 2 staright cut gears. Gearbox was rebuilt by GEARS in Liverpool , and cant say enough about there service top notch
engine also came out to replace the timing belt, sump gasket, rocker cover gasket and fix the other little oil leaks from sensors
So big thanks to IMSY, Stevie the Beard, John V6 and Chris RS for helping put it back together , me and the Beard where still in the garge at 2am last nite trying to finish it off, almost there now , just minor things to do
Also thanks to Chris for helping do the wheel bearing in the hub at work the other nite, just need an extra pair of hands when pressing the bearing in and out, no bread got made that nite due to us not repairing any plant breakdowns
So again thanks guys , takes the pressure off for Combe next week
