My old fella was up at sitech yesterday and didnt get home till about an hour ago he gou stuck in ballantrae cause of the snow and his car litteraly did act like a snow plough lol he ripped the splitter clean off the old volvo luckaly there was no other dammage just a lost splitter that was no where to be found in the snow so just thot i would share for you lads with splitters using ur cars in this snow to be carefull they seem to come off pretty easy aswell

that's a shame what was he getting done at sitech?

thats another reason not to lower mines with the splitter on.....
i think it's one or the other with the mk2

I would think twice for the decat Danny new laws coming in means need a cat no matter what and now emission checks are being carried out at the road side, no cat means no mot no mot means void insurance and fines are 6 points and up to 1000 quid! Hence why I'm changing mine

Sorry to hear the Ally has lost his splitter. Somebody is going to get a wee present when the snow clears and they find a splitter lying there.

Think with the snow plough and diggers trying to clear road splitter will be well broken peter

absolute nitemare loosing the splitter off the car, but lucky it didnt tear the bumper off too
