My 6 year old twin boys went to the UK Tae Kwon Do British championships in Warwickshire today.

Ben went down as Scottish sparring champion - which he won only a few weeks ago

Beating Sam in the final

Today Sam became the British sparring champion

beating Ben in the final

Ben won Gold for his Patterns & Sam got Silver

I`m a Very Proud dad 2night 8-)
