There are a good few of us from Ayrshire I'd say about 7 or 8 regular members and maybe about the same in registered web site users. We did have a much larger Ayrshire following before the recession but the last few years have seen a lot of owners sell up.

I never seem to see any RS owners stickers on new or old cars saying that's there's not a lot of old fords about as you said the recession hit a lot of people hope the shire people see this and can get a rough idea. I take it there's not a bit on here for different areas.

Yeh I know the fez didn't want to say incase you didn't want it known. That wee white 1 I only seen it twice. I don't remember seeing a moonstone blue 1 a guy from parks used to have 1 but it years ago. Where did you stay before the estate sounds familiar

You won't have seen Barry's 3 door around here as moved recently. My estate has live in Kilerran, Dunure, Maybole and now Mauchline but I've had it couple of years so been around a while

That's where I recognise the estate. You drove up and handed me a flyer in Dunure.

I'm from Kilmarnock but my car is in bits so it's not been out since I got it. Unfortunately I haven't had much free time to come to meets recently due to personal circumstances but will hopefully be able to get along soon!

It would probably be better asking what's not getting done to it! lol It's had new wings, sills, rear arches, inner arches, new springs/shocks, rear suspension arms etc! Been a bit of a nightmare to be fair!
