RSOC Event Rules

As some of you are aware, we have had a few incidents over the past years at shows resulting in our group being penalised .
So we DO NOT WANT anymore complaints .
Please read and observe the following guidelines, which if adhered to, everyone will have a good time.
1. RS CARS ONLY ON STANDS.
2. YOU MUST BE AN RSOC MEMBER AS RSOC SHOWS (CARDS TO BE SHOWN WHEN REQUESTED).
3. CAMPING RULES MUST BE OBEYED/OBSERVED AS PER INDIVIDUAL EVENTS STIPULATION.
4. WEST COMMITTEE DECISION IS FINAL AT ANY EVENT (ie. music, too much noise, general behavior etc...).
5. ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS AT ANY EVENT.
Please get in touch with any committee member - Mel, Barry or Andy, to discuss further if neccesary.
