wee update on the saxo

well it's been a while since i started this project december if i remember right
i got fed up of the saxo sitting at the side of the garage (for 2 and a half years)
so took advantage of my sons hangover and offered him a can of fosters (hair of the dog) for the saxo
and he said ok .well thats what i heard .......lol
so i set about finding the part's to put the car right it's taken 8 months now but the car is now back on the road
well for the next week anyway
as it's going back onto sorn as soon as i get the private plate taken off (K33F PE)....KEEF PE for the hard of thinking

this is how it stands as of today

if i can remember most things i will put this list togeather
1 started off with stripping the inside of the car
2 then got the bucket seats
3 made seat rails for them
4 got harnases
5 started to strip the rear axle
6 got new rear axle and exhaust
7 re built the axle new bearings and lowered
8 serviced the car ...(oil and filters)
9 fitted new bigger front discs and callipers
10 refurbed reer callipes
11 fitted 2 new drive shafts and then drive shaft seals
12 made a full set of new rear brake pipes
13 painted the hole underside of the rear of the car
14 fitted an induction kit
15 got the wheel re-furbed and fitted new wet tyres
16 got a set of yokahamas for track day's...(cheers stevie the beard)
17 and my brain has gon now .......but there's been loads more work and little jobs gon into this build
i will add more as i remember them

so now i just need to find a good trailer and get the car on track.............

just another update as iv taken the saxo back off the road and its nearly time for its first track outing
iv been doing some more little jobs.........striped the seats and the rest of the carpet and some more bits out of it
last night. I was going to start painting the inside tonight but im just finished work so it will just need to be tomorrow night
and refit the seats lower as well
