managed to get the car running spot on.brakes all bled.out the garage.shat its gearbox at the end of the street.i have forgot to put oil in it after i removed shaft which wouldnt have helped.away for a few beers

guys.meant to update this.having had enough of spending serious amounts of cash on it just to be met with problem after problem i have returned the car to a more usable but still decent spec.just need a few small parts and she will once again be running but on old management etc.konis are back on.cossie front brakes.new black silicon boost and water hoses.actually still looks pretty good.only thing im gutted about is i didnt make it to a meet in its better form but im on course to be at september meet with the car on softspokes etc.will post a few pics in a couple days.cheers for your support over the last few months as its probably what kept me going to get this far.

Fair play Stevie - I think its the best decision, what with after spending so many thousands on it. You sold/selling off all the parts your not using then? If you are im sure you'll get a decent amount back for it.

shes alive....again running spot on.and thats with a tie wrap holding the thottle cable on so i cant even rev it but even started from cold she ticks over at 1k might not sound good in the vid but by god she sounds awesome in the metal just wheels to get and rebuild rear brakes and she is on the road.

I love the sound of my S1 the Fiesta is very quite and tame in comparison
although it has a Mongoose system the S1 is a Scorpion

If you could get your wee monkey paws on a set of Borbet C's for it I'd be quite impressed. Not sure I'd be wanting soft spokes on it, I'd prob just do coilovers and RS7's although they've been done a few times it still looks good.
