hello there guys well been on the forum for nearly a year now and havnt put up my rebuild its on fiesta turbo.com iam mostly on that but starting to get on here more offtin so here goes well it all started out as a mk3.5 shell i was gawna do but managed to pic up a decent turbo shell in the summer so heres sum pics of whats been dun so far got full weld in cage by the roll centre escort header tank and focus washer bottle battery sunk in the boot floor sunroof takin away and replaced with ford non sunroof skin ive got 2 brand new quarters , wings front and back panel a post , 5 rs2000 5spokes few swistches ect so far also made up sum floor mats and stuff and powder coated them

wee update snapped this scorpion 4 inch exust with spark plug welded inside if you want to use a flamer kit dont think i will but allways handy to have heres what it was like when i got it caked in tar and oil and paint or glue gave it a quick clean wif thinnes then had to sand the full thing and polished it up

also made su checker plate mats up and powder coated them

and powder coated pedals as well and a navigators foot rest

also piked up 5 rs 2000 alloys i also refurb all them back to bare alloy them primed full wheels and are ready to paint this week piked up another 4 centre caps too so av got 8 now 5 for the wheels and 3 spare

also got 2 new wings 2 new quarters 2 new sills and a new a post will get pics up soon more to come this week waiting on beiges , buckets , and a few switches ect :D

small update got sum switches in finished off my wheels aw my panels came and aye redun my floor mats and foot rest in textured powder just to be a wee bit diff and fitted ma beiges aswell :P heres sum pics

another wee update cleaned up my door cards theve been modified to fit around the cage then wraped in black leather vinyl with blue stichen and also spent a day getting one of my bonnets absalutly mint outside and underneith got new sills a post 2 wings 2 quarter panels and a cuple random pics of my runaround :P

well another update finally got the car up to my work so no time was wasted got the front end off it the full thing power washed inside and out and a good check looks quite clean compared to some others ive seen will be even better when i get it sand blasted and a load of fresh panels :D here yees go :P

well troopers me and a few mates wer up a few nights this week working on the car we got the 2 quarters off a door bonner tailgate all the glass good few bits rust treated working like fuk to sum dimensional tunes as seen on the ipod my buckets for now arrived also and most of the bodykit is ready for primer :D

Nice one mate. All the effort will be well worth it. Car is coming along very nicely. Look forward to seeing it in the flesh when it's done 8-)

Well got stuck in over the weekend guys and got the 2 sills off the last bits of quarter petrol tank out that damn drivers door check out the state of it also got sum panels mocked up front bumper tidied up still need a splitter waiting on a rear panel coming and i need to sort out a mig or get mine fixed hopefully should be getting blasted mid week as well and ll get a good coat of etchy over the thing but shes coming on

ow and if yous are wondering i was 100percent sure my quarters were the full ones and i cut the old ones there then when i brung the panels over i realised they wer only half quarters hahahah but no problem ill just cut the posts off my mk3.5 shell and place them in no one will tel the diffirence :D

cheers guys iam looking for a decent mig welder to buy or to borrow/rent if anyone knows any need it urgently as iam ready to start a hole load of welding lol and its holding me back i dont want to strip any more panels off till ive put on new ones so its still strongdnt want anything bending out of place and giving myself more work already got loads on my plate hahaha mon the RS's :D:D

cheers mate i will do spoke to jamie the blaster today if i can get 5 bags of sand hes dropping the big blast pot and generator off sunday so i can sandblast the lot :D

well guys got a wee update going back up to the garage the day so should have some more pics later on so here goes started naking a support for the seats and cleaned up some rust fixed the fukin mistakes i made when a chopd the old rear quarters thinking i had the full quarters only to discover they were halfs hahaha :P so chopd my red mk3.5 up cleaned up the front struts for welding got that bit of apost in place few pics of wee tonys brief i powder the wheels for him here yoos go :P

well lads got a wee update chopped the donercar up for bits got sum rust cut out and holes filled in got all the bolt on parts ready for another coat of primer and cant wait any longer so ive started scraping the under seal off to make sand blasting a tad easier also piked up sum bonnet and boot catches couple pics of my mates stockey lol modified a strut brace to suit the cage
