Fiesta MK1 Operation Tango - From the Beginning...

Ok then, here is my 'Start to Finish' Thread for BCA 145S.
Let the pictures and videos do the talking
The Beginning.
I bought my 1977 Ford Fiesta 1100S in January 2010. It was as standard as they come (but missing it's 'S' Stripes) and only had about 36k on the clock! It was owned by an old couple who only used it occasionally!
At first the plan was simple, put a set of 4 Spokes on it, XR2 Spoiler, Spots, and use it for shows, 12 Car Rallies, Autotests and Autosolos, oh and also a daily driver

However, sooner or later I started having crazy ideas about where to go next! A lot of plans were thought out with my dad (another Old Skool Ford Man).
It was finally decided that a full restoration would be carried out, and, it would be something different, something to p!ss off the Fiesta MK1 Purists
On 11th October 2010 BCA was rolled into the garage and OPERATION TANGO begun! And the shell was an absolute beauty!
What was to happen?
New Panels:
N/S Front Wing
O/S Front Wing
Front Panel
Drivers Door
Repairs:
Dent by fuel cap skimmed
Line on O/S Rear Panel "sharpened"
Colour:
Full respray inside & out - 1979 Ford Signal Orange
The Restoration.
So, there it is, sat as an Signal Orange 1100S. But this wasn't the end of procession....oh no sir it was not! So, what was lined up next? An engine conversion of course!
Sticking with the 'pee off purist' theme, I decided that it only made sense to have a period engine in the car, so a lot of looking at Crossflows and the engine was decided.
An 1800 Zetec out of an Escort MK6 Si Who would be doing this conversion? The Fiesta Farm of course!
Due to many commitments, the engine conversion would have to wait for a few months, plenty of time to have some fun with my Signal Orange 1100S
Autotesting:
Road Rallying:
Lakes Touring:
Show-Boating:
And of course, THRASHING IT AROUND KAMES - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gWtPbrcdKz0

ZETEC TIME.
October 2011 came, and as did Zetec Time! Off to the Fiesta Farm I go

So that is where I am now, looking at this in my engine bay:
