chrome engine bay

Hello all. Iv got a zvh engine that i took out a fiesta which i hope to put in my mk4 cab next year it came with a lot of chrome goodies in the bay which have seen better days was wanting to clean them all and get them shiny once again, whats best to use to polish them up?

check the detailing room mate sure derek would have posted something up regarding chrome

Do you not find autosol too abrasive mate? I used it once on my tanks and it scratched them to hell lol. I use Brilliant metal polish its good stuff.
