is the rs focus not a 5 cylinder i will ask about for an engine for you BUT would it not be better to get a new rs/st engine ,,,it will be kikin 300bhp or as close as you could ask for in a front wheel drive car "CLARKSON"

the old FRS has a 4-pot "zetec" engine

the new RS/ST has a 5-pot Duratec engine

It will be the old 4 cylinder Focus RS engine mikey the Zetec one that was badged Duratec

It does need to come off the road though as the electrics are shocking on it so the rewire will sort that out. The floor pan underneath also needs a fresh coat of paint as the old paint is starting to peel off. I want the car to be as much let a brand new car as humanly possible while still looking like a 23 year old MK3. I'm planning on new heaters, new electric windows and even an onboard PC so I can control the OMEX management from the drivers seat . In short it will be a 2010 spec Series 1 once it's finished although I am not altering the looks either outside or inside the car. I want it to look as Standard as possible every where except under the bonnet, that part will be looking anything but standard
