Im looking forward tpo seeing this in the metal wee Shiftmeister, to really see that colour, Im guessing the pictures dont do it justice, but even so, she lookin good

Well then folks after a lonnnnng break from working on this car....were back in action again! lol

Me n the auld man got a good shift in today....after working on my crosser fitting the new reconed forks we thought we would do a bit to AFX since the weather is $hit! lol

Started off by fitting my boot hinges and carbon fibre backing strips...(man it was nerve wracking drilling the fresh paint!)
After this was done we decided to fit the slipper springs, atlas axle and 5link bars...just need to set up the bars properly and tighten everything up as well as cut the ''U''bolts...looking alot better with things getting bolted on

Thanks for the comments folks, managed to get another good bit done again tonight....started working on the axle and setting up the 4link bars and getting the axle square etc...also fitted the rear spax adj turretted dampers.
Heres a few pics...


Thats the rear end basicall all set up and tighted up...just need to cut u bolts, fill diff with some oil and sort out panhard rod (5th link).
After this is done I will prob move onto the grp4 seat mounts (to be welded in)

when you say n/a over 250hp, have you thought of possibly an s2000 engine, conversion parts coming on for them and they rev nice too on throttle bodies barp barp

Right then lads n lassies, time for a long overdue update!!!!

1st of all I must say that she is nowwhere near as shiney as what she was in thos pics....covered in dust and a bit of offspray ...however she will be getting a good jet wash then hand wash then after that if needs must the proffesionals will be coming to give her a good going over ...the lad knows who he is

So the reason I actually came on here to update this is that I have just ordered some new parts that will get this build moving again!

Ordered up a pair of front Bilstein coilovers c/w 2 1/4 springs, roller top mounts, 300/70 inserts and 250+ poundage (will sort that when we collect them) also ordered large bearing grp4 hub kit...so with these parts and the other stuff I have lying il be able to get the wheels on and get her out for a wash!...finally! ...will also get some pics too with her new shoes on! cant wait!

p.s I am still going to attack this cage once she's down and had a wash...not looking forward to it tbh...but needs done! as it will just annoy me if I dont change it
