went with alan to pick this up for him today. this is the reason i didn't spend all day on my own project. well worth it though.







can't be many more solid mk4 RS shells than this in scotland.

the boys had another road trip today. all the way to peterhead to pick up the donar car for the shell. the old mondeo estate never missed a beat all day. long day, but sure it will be well worth it. just waiting on paul with the pics.

paul told you it would be up to us to keep this updated.

alan's fingers must have dropped off so a will update this for you m8 john v6 myself & alan went to peterhead/Aberdeen left about 6:30am got their about 10:30am picked car up back down back at johns for about 2:30 here's some pics

need to say a big thanks to johnv6. firstly for driving me to peterhead to pick up a donor car for my project then towing it back to his drive where he let me store it for a week. Then over this weekend he helped me strip it to a bare shell. Now he is letting me store all the parts at his he is some man its well appreciated i owe him a good few drinks me thinks

rspaul turned up to help us but just seemed to stand around eating crisps

no probs powderpuff. took my mind of the fact that the mondeo is now a couple of inches shorter.

wee decided to take the engine out the easy way.

not bad for two half days of work. full car stripped and stored.
