Mk1 Escort - road/rally car...(new update 13/02/10)

I walked right into that 1

Took delivery of some more escort bits the night

Stuff for mk1= Terratrip c/w speedo and hub sensor, full length chassis to sill skids, plumbed in extinguisher to MSA standards c/w lines and pull cord, elec pull cord cut off cable.

Stuff for historic arched mk1= More roll cage tube to go with the new cage

Stuff for my mk2 = Window rubbers! lol

Some pics will follow as soon as stuff gets fitted

time for a wee update on the mk1...

got the terratrip and all the other goodies, finished underneath where there was hardly any paint left after the stint in the gravel lol...welded on the full chassis to sill skids - much better and alot stronger too also got rid of the sprint/hillclimb style battery box and fitted a propper job....originally meant for my mk2



slapped on plenty of white paint again underneath as you can see lol...fook underseal!



still have to finish off with the blue doo on the sills but apart from that she's nearly all set to go again
