well thought i'd better update this as not been on in a while...
Car did the 800 mile round trip to Ford Fair without fault and even returned 41mpg when sitting steady....although this dropped a little when a little bit of sport came along
Then I was booked on to a locally organised tracknight at Knockhill last week, car was going really strong and surprising a good few cars in the process! Only problems I had were cheapy back tyres which made Duffus a bit hairy lol and fuel starvation towards the end of the session.
On Sunday there, I was invited to a rolling road day at Sitech Racing for Fast Ford mag, covered by Ade. Had a brilliant day with a lot of seriously impressive cars and mine ran up to 193bhp at 6400 rpm! After running it, Simon commented that the map had bedded in well and the Optimax was deffo helping.

Tax has now ran out so plans were to take it off the road for some winter jobs however just realised there is a Fast Ford day at Crail this weekend, so it may get trailered up to try the 1/4 mile as its the one thing i've not tried this year!
