Just a minor update so far, I popped into Sitech this morning and the old loom has been stripped out and the new one was just going in. They seemed fairly confident the car would have a base map in it before the end of today so fingers crossed I can pick it back up either tomorow night or worst case Friday morning

The oil return pipe has been repaired too and they said that there was still plenty of oil left in the sump so sounds like the bottom end should definatley be OK :dreads:
