Right guys & gals, how you getting on with your winter projects, builds or clean ups. Whats your deadline. Are they going to be ready when you planed.

I'll start.
Alan's RS turbo. Ready for end of march. Should hit this target no probs. just last few wee jobs to do.

3 door sierra. Ready for kames, not really started yet. But will get done even if every spare min has to be spent in the garage.

Spent a small fortune on parts over the last few months for both the S1 and the Fez but I haven't got round to fitting anything

Not had a lot of time of late with work and we're moving house down to Ayrshire very shortly but the Fiesta will be definately be ready for track duties in the next couple of months.

My series 2 is still in the garage on the ramp and the layer of dust is getting thicker

managed to get started on it this weekend stripping the running gear and old wiring out the engine bay :)

Should have the new zetec block built up once i've balanced the crank :D

Made a promise to myself to leave the kitcar alone over winter so that should be good to go on track this year, even got some slicks to have a go with ;)

Need to get my finger out for shows/track nights coming up.

Forgot to add to my post

Old taxi the sapphire, is getting a well earned rest this year, so don't have to worry to much about it. Lock her up & tuck her in tight ;)

My car is still abandoned at the side of the road outside my flat with a flat battery & I still aint ordered my rear discs, pads & service kit but on the plus side it does look good after its wee paint job to get rid of the rust & tile scrape :) Oh & im awaiting my drilled airbox & K&N panel filter I bought off a bloke on the main RSOC :) lol

Having used the RS all Winter, i took advantage of some decent weather last Sunday and got all the wheels off and gave them a right good clean inside and out, re-painted the calipers and put new RS decals on all 4 calipers. Lots of other things lined up for it, will post up pics when they're done.

I need to get the Fez back up from Dumfries for a bit of welding when I get back from Oz. Then a lot more cleaning and just paint some bits and bobs to tidy it up.

I will need a new carpet, any recommendations? :D

Yeah im on course. Cars still at AVA but its all up and running and pretty much ready to go for its MOT.

Going to put it back on the road at the beginning of march for the first time in about 2/3 year. Cant wait!! Got the dreaded running in of the new engine to do first before it can get used in anger though.
