Is it still the standard T2 on your Fez Mel
If your unsure when you open the bonnet the Standard T2's inlet pipe comes out the turbo and over to the Drivers side wing where the air box is located were as a T3 is piped over to the Passenger wing towards the battery tray and usualy has a cone filter.
The T2's are generally quite expensive to refurb as they are very rare and were only fitted to 2 or 3 cars globally. The T3 on the other hand was fitted to loads of different cars so is less than half the price to recon. Either way I may know a man who could do a full rebuild at a very good price
