God damn gravel traps

I ended up in the gravel trap at Croft after running out of talent. There was chips everywhere, so decided to strip the car right down to clean it all of stones and dust,God damn bufty track cars

to get rid off all the stone chip's

whats the damage to the gearbox hope not to serious

Hope no serious damage Dalsy, a few stone chips just makes it look like you actually use it properly

Looks like the clutch cover broke a damper, and rubbed through the bellhousing

Gearbox is now down at GERAS in Southport Liverpool for a full rebuild, hopefully have it back early next week

Engine is out to fix some oil leaks, and replace the timing belt , and have a general check over the car , underbonnet and front suspension, All ready found out the engine crossmember is cracked and broken beyond repair

It will be all ready for Castle Combe in 3 weeks time
