spoke to the orginisers of this tonight
and they have had a meating last week
what they propose to do is keep the money and run the show next year
with everyone who paid this year will be automaticly included next year
or if you want you'r money back thats not a problem..............

so i think we should run a poll and see what the outcome is.......

Tbh there probably out of pocket anyway due to having bought trophys and getting them engraved etc so think we should all just tell them to keep the money and we,ll pay again next year
