I bought a set of wheels on Wednesday, booked the courier to pick up on Thursday and deliver on Friday.

They didn't bother their arse to arrive for the collection on Thursday, so i spoke to them and they organised for them to be picked up on Friday instead. I was meant to be picking the wheels up from my parent's house as i was passing on Saturday but they didn't arrive on Saturday either.

They finally arrived today, which is no good now as i'm 100+ miles from them and will either need to take a 215-mile round trip or arrange another courier service.

Their customer service is shockingly bad, getting a one-line reply from a 400 word e-mail.

Also, i was buying from a mate and they arsed him about on Friday saying that they'd collect between 4:00pm and 4:30pm (which suited fine as he works nightshifts), he was woken by the courier knocking on the door at 1:30pm looking for the wheels to collect.

avoid these muppets like the plague, they can't give you a timeslot for delivery, and now i know why - they couldn't tell you what day of the week they'll turn up.

the old saying is true, you get what you pay for.

i'll be honest, ive dealt with the guy on many many occasions and never had any bother at all, i think all his stuff go's through DHL as he's not actually the courier himself, so it could be that DHL was pissing him about, but thats just my opinion, as i say, never had an issue!

used them a couple off times now and not had any problems with them as said they don't

actually do the deliverys has been diferent couriers everytime , will use again cracking prices

fair enough if you're not bothered when they turn up but i had planned my whole weekend round picking these wheels up from my parent's house which ended up up the swanny and i'll need to go back down this weekend. I told him this and he didn't even offer to have them picked up and delivered to me foc (since it wasn't my fault the courier didn't show up).

they're cheap for a reason, which i now see - customer service is non-existent. I e-mailed my problems and concerns and the guy Scott replied with a one-liner basically saying "tough"

Since i've posted this i've read loads of similar stories about people having hassle, i'll not be returning and i wouldn't recommend them - they're as bad as Parcel2go.

Never had any probs aswell used them over ten times usually tnt that collect from me
