Any Sapphire experts?? Tyre or toe??

Just been cleaning the underside of the Sapphire i bought and came across this.

I thought it might have been the toe setting so i ran a tight line along the car through the hub centre. The front seems to be OK but the back (the one on the pictures) seems be about 6mm out. I measure the line through the hub centre. Front and back hub centre was the same distance and the rim on the back is showing about 6mm out.

There doesn't seem to be anything loose and no shims behind the hub.

Any thoughts??

Tyre is completely fooked , looks like it has been run flat at one point , or maybe hit major pot hole or similar ,
As for tracking you really need it on some decent gauges , piece of string is a bit of a guessing game and only has a chance of working on flat face wheels where it can touch both sides of the rim if you get what I mean

Thanks John
As i only recently bought it i don't know if it has been run flat or not. I did send the lad a text but he never replied. You are right when you say the tyre is fooked and it won't be going back in the car. I only run the line to see if it might be the toe but it will be getting lasered when i get a new tyre. For now the car will be sitting on axle stands. Thanks again
