Our new location is going down well and proving to be comfortable!

We recently had a committee meeting to discuss the year ahead which we explained at meetnight:

Kames

Generally everything is organised for Kames, I need to confirm First Aid for the day, the flyers are in the process of being designed.
If anyone has any ideas or donations for the raffle then please get in touch.

Sponsors

So far Wheel Pro, AVA and Simon's Custom Exhausts have all confirmed continued sponsorship for the next financial year. I have contacted TOM Parts department who have shown interest in becoming a sponsor.

Events

Please see the Events and Track Events sections for details. Driftland, Cumbria and Knockhill all have show stands booked. We intend to book a Non RS stand at Croft this year again.

Other

We discussed at meetnight other events. I have contact AVA to confirm they are happy to do a rolling road day again so we will look at dates for this. Once Kames is passed we will review the club finances and discuss doing another event which could include a Track night, visit to M Sport, etc. Ideas welcome!!

Photoshoot

Goafer explained that Stu has been in discussion with the other Scottish RSOC groups about a Scottish RS photoshoot. We are waiting for feedback from the other groups but provisionally August 10th is the date and Ade from Fast Ford is provisionally booked to cover. The location would be somewhere around Perth I think. We will progress this and keep everyone updated.

Car park

Please note we have use of the rear car park for meetnight, Goafer has updated the meetnight post. As many of the cars will be back on the road in April can I request we start using the rear car park for meets.
